The Edina Hornets are in action.
The Minnesota high school hockey season is well underway, and the Edina Hornets are seeking a state championship title for the third year in a row. Under the leadership of the coach, retired NHL defenseman Curt Giles, the team topped the state rankings last year with a record of 20–4–1, including the state title, which they also won in 2010.
After the holidays, the team has a full schedule through February 14. If you want to get out there and cheer on the Hornets while they heat up the ice this winter, visit edinaschools.org/hornets for the complete schedule.
