If you’re a man and you dread shopping, you’re not alone. Adam Tischler, co-owner of Edina’s menswear boutique BLUEPEG Mens, seeks to provide a sense of camaraderie with his clients to ease the stress of shopping, especially if they don’t know where to begin. “I am here 99 percent of the time so I really like to know my customers, their specific sizes—their life essentially,” says Tischler, who opened the shop last August with Sacha Martin, owner of Edina’s Bluebird Boutique and co-owner of Ladyslipper Boutique.
With an array of handsome and accessible pieces that work for casual daytime looks (think hooded sweatshirts, sweaters and jeans) and sophisticated clothes for a night out on the town (we like the button-down shirts and skinny ties), you’d be hard-pressed to find something you didn’t want to purchase immediately. Also check out the Nixon watches, Ray-Ban sunglasses and vintage cufflinks to complete your look.
