Looking for a fun way to celebrate Independence Day without leaving town? The City of Edina will host exciting events

Start with the annual parade at 10 a.m. near City Hall. This parade includes representatives from all around the city, with about 100 units, according to Amanda Clarke, recreation supervisor for the City of Edina.
The fun doesn’t stop there. Join your neighbors and friends for fireworks in Rosland Park at dusk. The First John Philip Sousa Memorial band will kick off the evening with patriotic songs at 8:30 p.m.
