TV personality Jane Pauley discusses her best-selling memoir and her mental health struggle

Famed NBC television personality Jane Pauley will deliver the keynote address at People Incorporated Mental Health Services’ annual luncheon on June 14 at the Crowne Plaza Riverfront Hotel in St. Paul. At age 25, Pauley co-hosted the “Today Show,” then anchored the “NBC Nightly News,” followed by 11 years with NBC’s award-winning magazine show, “Dateline”. She recently published a best-selling memoir, Skywriting: A Life out of the Blue, which details her personal struggle with bipolar disorder.

“My goal in talking about mental illness is to help people with mental illness see themselves differently,” says Pauley. “And more importantly, to help everyone else see us in new and powerful ways.”
