“I was attracted to TowerLight because of the location being so close to Edina, where I’ve lived for the last 45 years,” says Ted Estrem, a former pharmaceutical salesperson. “I liked the layout of the apartments and the opportunity to select an apartment that fits my needs. Plus, the building had all the amenities I’ve been looking for.”
TowerLight currently offers 113 rental apartments, including 95 independent living units, six care suites and 32 memory care units. Nearby amenities include a theater, access to local restaurants, shopping, lakes and trails. The facility itself features Wi-Fi-based Healthsense technology to monitor the health and wellness of TowerLight residents.
