Each year, Connecting with Kids recognizes five individuals or organizations that have exemplified effective engagement with youth in the community. “We want to hear about people who have made a connection, people who go way past their job description,” says advisory council director Kris Marshall.
Nomination forms can be found online and must be received by February 7. Results will be announced at the Connecting with Kids Leadership Breakfast at Edina Country Club on March 6. The 2015 Student Leadership Award will also be announced. The event is free and open to the public. Reservations are required. Visit connectingwithkidsedina.org for nomination forms or to register for the event, or call 952.239.9696 for more information.
