One of the largest scholastic book fairs in Minnesota rolled through Creek Valley Elementary School last April, bringing thousands of books with it. “It really is like walking into a Banes & Noble,” event chairperson Jen Berge says.

With the city’s abundance of parks and trails, it’s no wonder that Edina’s pet lovers flood the outdoors in the summertime. No matter where you look, you’re bound to see a family playing with their pooch.

 

The summer air is warm; the brilliant flowers in bloom, and lovely antique shop displays spill out onto the sun-heated sidewalk, heralding the season and beckoning you in. Now is the perfect time for an antique excursion.
