The newest addition to the Town Hall legacy will open soon near the Pamela Park and Concord neighborhoods in Edina. Pete Rifakes, co-owner of the Town Hall businesses, decided that opening a location at the old Wally’s Gas Station on Valley View Road would be the perfect place to expand. “All of our expansion locations have been in neighborhoods and we think it’s great to open in different parts of the cities,” says Rifakes.
This will be the fourth Twin Cities Town Hall business. The original location is Town Hall Brewery, which opened in the Seven Corners neighborhood of Minneapolis back in 1997. Following that, the business expanded to include Town Hall Tap in south Minneapolis and Town Hall Lanes located in the Lake Nokomis area. Each place is unique. “Our Seven Corners location is known for pasta and our tap room is known for its pressed sandwiches,” says Rifakes.
Although the menu for the Edina location isn’t finalized yet, you can be sure to find at least 10 brews on tap from Town Hall Brewery.
Town Hall Station Restaurant will open this spring at 4500 Valley View Road.
