When a Minneapolis mother of five won a mommy makeover on the CBS TV show, The Doctors, producers called on Dr. Nathan Leigh of Edina Plastic Surgery to provide the transformation. Though there are plenty of plastic surgeons in Los Angeles where the show is filmed, the producers wanted to find a top-rated board-certified plastic surgeon in Minnesota to perform the makeover. A quick search revealed Leigh as the perfect choice and he was thrilled to accept.
Lee Ann Gustafson, marketing director at Edina Plastic Surgery, says Leigh really looked forward to the opportunity. Leigh performed two separate surgeries over the course of a few months. He later appeared on The Doctors to explain the process. And what did the Minneapolis mother think of her results? Gustafson says, “She is beyond happy. She is a whole new person.”
