Make running or walking a 5K your positive action to lead off 2020! This powerful community event is a gold-medal way to start the year. Bring the whole family to run, walk, jog or stroll in the Commitment Day 5K. This event is open to members and nonmembers of Life Time.

Registration is $20 for adults and $5 for kids. Registrants are also encouraged to make a donation to Make-A-Wish and/or the Life Time Foundation.
