Once upon a time, the producer of Kids Do Comedy started performing stand-up as a child at the middle school’s talent show; Nancee told her classmates jokes about the Muppets and loved making people laugh!

Then Nancee grew up and worked in insurance! “Ick! This is boring!” Nancee said to herself. So Nancee went back to school, changed careers, and performed stand-up again, this time at the church festival in 2011. She said, “Yay! This is more like it!”

Yada, yada, yada, Nancee started writing and performing more regularly, and now produces comedy and sketch shows, too!

Nancee is happy so she wanted to see if kids would like to do the same thing – tell jokes and make others laugh. That’s how Kids Do Comedy came to be!

Assuming the kids don’t make too many fart jokes, Nancee will live happily ever after. The end.
