To kick off the summer season, Pinstripes, 3849 Gallagher Drive, Edina, is welcoming guests to enjoy their latest guided beer dinner in partnership with Fulton Beer on Friday, June 14 at 7 p.m. Guests will enjoy a four beer, four-course menu for $60 per person, featuring new seasonal dishes each paired with select beers from Minneapolis-based brewery Fulton Beer. The full menu is as follows:

·         RECEPTION - SEAFOOD TRIO: lemon mussels, salmon cake, ceviche crostini; paired with Pils, Continental Pilsner

·         SALAD - SUMMER IN A BOWL: spinach, feta cheese, arugula, peach vinaigrette; paired with Grapefruit Lonely Blonde, American Blonde Ale

·         MAIN - BONE-IN RIBEYE: roasted potatoes, grilled peppers, beer & balsamic glaze; paired with War & Peace, Imperial Coffee Stout

·         SWEET - RED LAVA: stuffed chocolate cake, berry gelato, crema de leche; paired with Solar Vortex, Blood Orange Brut Radler
