The Southdale YMCA offers full-day recreational programs on school vacation days. Children can take advantage of the Y’s indoor and outdoor spaces with supervised activities including group games, arts and crafts, swimming, special interest clubs and cooking lessons. On Presidents’ Day, participants will also take a field trip to Stages Theatre at Hopkins Center for the Arts to view a rehearsal for the upcoming show Twelve Dancing Princesses. Children should come with a lunch, two snacks, a water bottle, swimsuit, towel and sports attire. Registration required. Grades K–6. $39.
