Kites of all shapes and sizes, colors and themes can be seen dipping, diving and soaring. So layer up and bring your camera to capture the beauty of the day. Other fun activities during the Lake Harriet Winter Kite Festival will include ice fishing, snowshoeing, fat biking and a marshmallow roast. Embrace life in the north and head out with family and friends to enjoy this most wonderful kite festival.
