Looking for a connection? The Edina Resource Center is in the business of connecting people to organizations that can help, on subjects ranging from financial or legal support to transportation.
The Resource Center also partners with Edina Public Schools to enlist volunteers for classroom assistance and tutoring. But if community members wish to volunteer elsewhere, the Resource Center can connect volunteers most anywhere.
“We’re here for any kind of social service need,” says Carynn Roehrick, the community resources and volunteer program manager. “We have a database full of info, and any question we get, we put together three to five options for answers.”
