While summer may feel like a distant memory, Edinborough Park in Edina preserves the weather and fun of warmer months year-round. “Our tagline is that it’s sunny and 70 degrees all year round,” says assistant manager Dawn Beitel. “It’s a nice warm indoor place and you don’t have to worry about the elements.”
Edinborough Park is a one-acre enclosed park with a massive play structure, a running track, a swimming pool and an amphitheater with regular performances. This winter, the park will host children’s entertainment every Thursday at noon and family entertainment featuring live music every Sunday at 7 p.m. As part of Edina’s second annual Winter Warm-up Weekend Feb. 5–7, Edinborough will host a movie night and a “Trot Around the Track” event along with prizes and a book drive.
