Local Cosmetic Experts Share Fall Trends
Jamie Mikkelson of Hair District and Julie Boosalis of Cos Bar in Edina are sharing makeup trends for fall:
Mikkelson notes that this season’s outfits will pair navy and sheer pink, so she recommends sheer blush and a pale pink manicure with navy tips to complete the look.
