Strawberry Cheesecake Mousse Cups
For the graham cracker crust:

• 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (from 1 sleeve of graham crackers)
• 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
• 1 tsp. sugar

1) Preheat oven to 350 F.
2) In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar, and stir well to combine.
3) Press into the bottom of an 8x8” baking dish.
