Opening in May at Nolan Mains in Edina’s 50th and France business district, Sweet Science Ice Cream has arrived to help create a delicious atmosphere of community. Founder, owner and operator Ashlee Olds started Sweet Science in 2011 in St. Paul after finding that all-natural ice creams were hard to find and didn’t pack enough flavor punch.
