Originally from France, BodyBrite USA franchise operator Emmanuelle Hardy has lived in Edina since 2009. At first drawn to Normandale French Immersion School for her children, Hardy has discovered a vibrant lifestyle in Edina similar to fashionable European cities. She says the attention to fashion and fitness that is prominent in the Twin Cities makes Edina very on trend.
To complement the latest beauty trends, Hardy wanted to bring a European concept to the United States and helped launch BodyBrite, a center with 15 U.S. locations that offers luxury beauty treatments at affordable prices. BodyBrite features oxygen facials and intense pulsed light (IPL) skin rejuvenation services as well as teeth whitening and hair removal. Body sculpting services are expected to be available sometime this fall.
Hardy loves the great shopping opportunities at Southdale Center and at 50th and France. She always has an oxygen facial before a photo shoot and says they’re a wonderful option for other special occasions. “When you have a nice outfit, you want your face to look nice too,” Hardy says.
