Designer Clothes for a Cause

Local fashionista helps women feel good, look good and do good.

Nicole Jennings of Edina has recently expanded her unique online boutique, the Posh Mommy, to include a brick-and-mortar location in Bloomington. The Posh Mommy is a resale retailer of the highest caliber. Jennings collaborates with other wives and girlfriends of professional athletes (Nicole is married to NFL wide receiver Greg Jennings) to provide top-of-the-line new and barely used designer clothes and accessories through this high-end shopping experience. Each clothing contributor chooses a charity, to which a portion of the proceeds are donated, in addition to a charity of the month that receives donations from the Posh Mommy as a whole.

With storage space overflowing with exquisite women’s, children’s and maternity wear, Jennings decided it was time to throw open the Posh Mommy closet doors for local shoppers. The posh pink space located in an office park near the Mall of America offers an exclusive and personalized shopping experience and upscale designer brands to choose from. Or simply bring in your personal items to be styled by Posh Mommy experts. Jennings hopes to expand her offerings to include monthly seminars, all aimed at empowering women—including beauty topics like makeup application and selecting the best-fitting blue jeans. Until then, she hopes her fashion endeavor will continue to help posh mommies everywhere to “feel good, look good and do good.”
