Run like a Yeti for Minnesota’s 13th annual Polar Dash. Compete in one of two challenges by running in multiple races or go all in for the 2020M. All registered adults will receive a medal and either a Polar Dash performance fleece or jacket. Registered youth runners will receive a Polar Dash hat. "Live, Love, Dance", is one of the state’s premier high school dance events and will feature over 25 A/AA and AAA schools, studios, college and performance teams. Calling all runners and walkers! It’s time for the 32nd annual Reindeer Run. Participants will choose from a variety of race options and race around Lake Harriet. There’s the Kids Run, 5k Not Time, 5k Chip Time, 10k Chip Time and the Yukon Challenge 15k. Every participant will receive a long-sleeve performance T-shirt and a finisher medallion. You don’t have to be a runner to enjoy this event! The Minnesota Brewery Running Series is hosting a dash between Bauhaus Brew Labs and 612Brew. The run only lasts a few blocks, and you’re invited to take your time getting from one brewery to the other. All are invited to participate, but to enjoy the beer you must be 21 and up. Make running or walking a 5K your positive action to lead off 2020! This powerful community event is a gold-medal way to start the year. Bring the whole family to run, walk, jog or stroll in the Commitment Day 5K. This event is open to members and nonmembers of Life Time.
