Edina based IrriGreen is nominated for Tekne Award.
Edina-based lawn irrigation company IrriGreen was a finalist in the 16th annual Tekne Awards. The awards, which honor innovative science and technology companies throughout Minnesota, were presented in November at the Minneapolis Convention Center. IrriGreen was nominated in the Energy and Clean Tech category, which focuses on companies that are innovative and/or enhance efficiency of energy usage or delivery, reduce environmental impact and encourage energy conservation. IrriGreen’s nomination recognized its efforts to reduce water use in lawn irrigation. Be sure to follow IrriGreen’s lead this summer and be a good resource steward by monitoring your water usage.
