Former Centennial Lakes Park steakhouse named after local hockey legend Lou Nanne, changed its name to Tavern23 last fall.
Accompanying the name change is an updated aesthetic and a new menu that includes wok-tossed orange peel chicken and hand-rolled sushi, wood-fired pizzas and cedar plank wild salmon.According to Michael McDermott, CEO of McDermott Restaurants, the goal of the rebrand, which was based on customer feedback, was to create a well-rounded menu to pair with a more laid-back atmosphere.
The up-and-coming hot spot also features an expanded bar and lounge area, perfect for enjoying happy hour or watching a big game.
