This month, the Taste of Edina will test out its new venue at the Westin Galleria. Though its previous venue, Centennial Lakes, is a beautiful area, having the event outdoors always meant gambling with nature. Lori Syversen, president of the Edina Chamber of Commerce, laughs when recounting the many sleepless nights she’s spent worrying over our fickle Minnesota weather.
