Moon Glow Pedestrian Parade

Kick off the first day of the historic 2020 MN Winter Carnival with this celebration of lights. Get decked out in all your glow gear and join the parade as it makes its way from the Landmark Center to Kellogg Mall Park. Compete in this year’s new KIDS’ decorating contest by adorning your stroller, a wagon, yourself or other nonmotorized forms of transportation in light. AshaUSA's Mental Health Matters Program presents: Sumi Mukherjee's talk " Being Brown in America"

Author and Speaker Sumi Mukherjee focuses on writing non-fiction books based on real life stories and speaking to various audiences around the country so others can benefit from his stories. His books and presentations are broadly focused on cultural diversity and other social justice issues. Since 2011, he has written 3 books and has spoken all around the country as well as in Canada.
