Book clubs, art programs and movies— The Edina Library and Southdale Library heat up in July with jam-packed activities for everyone. Children of all ages can find something to do, with book clubs for both girls and boys in grades 4-6, and story time for wee ones.

The Italian Cultural Center (ICC), in collaboration with the Consulate General of Italy in Chicago, held its fifth annual Italian Film Festival in April at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD).

Several Edinans were honored at the second annual Cultivating Respect Conference, which is held by the national nonprofit Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG), for their positive support of the GLBT community.
